Our approach to making the PMA website easier to use.
Using the PMA website
We want people to be able to find product information, read our guidance and contact PMA using the device and tools that work for them. This statement covers pma.uk.com.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a reference for improvements. A complete assessment of the website against every applicable requirement has not been completed, so we do not claim full WCAG conformance.
Display and navigation
You can enlarge pages using your browser’s zoom controls. On Windows, use Ctrl and + or −; on a Mac, use Command and + or −. Most browsers also offer text-size and appearance settings. Use an up-to-date browser for its current accessibility and security features.
You can use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between interactive controls, Enter to activate links, and the relevant keyboard controls to operate buttons and menus. If a control does not work with your keyboard or assistive technology, please tell us which page and control caused the problem.
Our Parameters finder lets you search for products, measurements and applications. You can also contact the team directly if you cannot find the information you need.
Content that may need assistance
The website includes older news content, manufacturer documents and features supplied by other services. These have not all been assessed for accessibility. A downloadable brochure or third-party feature may not offer the same experience as a standard web page.
If you cannot read a document, use a form, operate a menu or access other information, contact us. Tell us what you need and the format that would help, and we will discuss a practical way to provide it.
Report a problem or request information
Email sales@pma.uk.com or call 01484 843 708. You can also write to Process Measurement & Analysis Limited, Brook Mills House, Carr Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5BG, United Kingdom.
Please include the page address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. Browser, device and assistive-technology details can help us investigate, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
Reviewing this statement
This statement was reviewed on 3 October 2026 as part of the website refresh. Recent page reviews have checked layouts at desktop and mobile sizes; those checks are not a complete accessibility audit. We will update this statement as further assessment and improvements are completed.
