PARAMETERS & SPECIFICATION

Every condition counts.

Fluid, temperature, materials, utilities and installation. Bring the requirements together before selecting the construction.

YOUR SPECIFICATION

A complete specification starts with three conversations.

Bring the process, temperature duty and installation together. These six inputs help PMA review the appropriate tubing assembly for your application.

01 / PROCESS & CONSTRUCTION

Start with what flows.

Fluid & duty
Fluid composition, flow and pressure. Freeze protection, temperature maintenance or analytical sample transport.
Tubing & materials
Tube count, outside diameter, wall thickness and fluid compatibility. Confirm the material for the exact duty.

02 / THERMAL & UTILITIES

Define the temperature duty.

Temperature
Required maintained temperature, inlet temperature, ambient extremes and cleaning exposure.
Utilities & controls
Electrical voltage, sensing and protection, or steam supply, drainage and condensate return.

03 / INSTALLATION & RECORDS

Plan the complete line.

Route & installation
Length, bends, supports, jacket environment, end connections and termination accessories.
Documentation
Area classification, required certification, drawings and material records for the supplied assembly.

Published family ratings are not a maintained-temperature guarantee. Confirm normal, maximum and cleaning conditions separately.

START WITH YOUR APPLICATION

The right tubing starts with a conversation.

Share your process conditions, temperature duty and route. We’ll help you consider the complete construction.
